For SMS and WhatsApp services, you agree to:

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AxiLeads and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

10. Termination
